Erudite and well-heeled businessmen can have just about anything they want. A few subtle inquiries and one learns where the places are that deal in the sought-after product and cater to all whims.

The brightly-lit setting was charged with quiet excitement. Complex appointments, background checks and a five-figure overhead fee had all come to fruition as the buck was led onto the block. The freshly-obtained captive managed a satisfying look of mixed anger, confusion and pure desperation; he would make a fine slave.

Several carefully vetted customers stared with amazed anticipation as the buck was stripped to the waist and his trousers loosened for examination. The auctioneer read salient details as the potential buyers eyed the merchandise and casually readied themselves for a more thorough, ‘hands on’, inspection of the goods.

Time alloted was one hour…and the auction would begin.

  1. Amal, nothing gets the blood flowing as an auction featuring fine, young, slabs of milk-fed veal. Surely the buyers are like kids in a candy store. Nicely done.
